I just called this morning to make a PS for the Crystal Palace on April 5th. I wanted a later seating, like 6:30, but could only get 5:30 because the restaurant stopped seating at 5:30.
When I asked why it was so early, I was told that the MK was closing at 7 pm. I mentioned that this was the week before Easter, but the CM said since the April Park hours are not posted yet, they can only go by what is in the system.
She told me to call back at the end of Jan/Early Feb and if the April hours are published, and the MK is going to be open later, then I could try for a later time.
This is the first time I have experienced this. Has anyone else ever had this problem? I'm going to be making PS's for our whole Easter trip this week into next and I am concerned that I will have this issue for all of the meals.
