?? printing out transfers

I just read on the HP website NOT to use transfer paper on certain types of printers....it mentioned copy printers...
mine is an all in one does that mean I cant print out my transfer

I just purchased a HP photosmart c4280 all in one printer,scanner,copier

I have a HP all in one also (slightly older model) and use transfers with no problem. Hope this helps.
