Scott's the man and you're right -- it's a great tool.

The best thing is checking-in at BWV (our DVC home resort) and being asked if I'd like a print-out of all our PS times (they have your complete record if you always give them the same home phone number) and I tell the CM "thanks, but I already have one." It really throws some of them for a loop!

Of course, I still take their print-out as a double-check.
