For Mya's hair and myself, I tend to use Organic Olive Oil moisturizing Hair lotion. It works wonders. Cuts down on breakage and stimulates hair growth. You can find there website here and you can even order a free sample. I personally use all of there products and like them alot. Also, have you considered gettind Tessa's hair braided before you leave? It may keep better that way and keep you from having to do it everyday. Especially if you are planning to use the pool.
Oh, and I've been looking for someone to do braids on her for three years now. Every time I see someone with nice braids I ask who did them and they say their mom or cousin or someone. I've taken down a couple of numbers but have never called because I feel weird asking to come over to their house and have it done (since I don't know them). I've had two friends offer to braid her hair but the first did a single french braid and the other did two french braids so I don't know if they don't know how to do the cornrows or just misunderstood what I wanted. Neither of them ever wear their hair braided so I don't know.

That's why I was asking about braiding in Orlando. I figured there had to be more people around that know how, being so close to the Caribbean. I was thinking maybe I'd leave it down for the first week at the parks then get it braided before we leave for the beaches. Maybe that's a bad idea if sand will get in them? I don't know how tight they can get it. I know how to french braid but even that makes my fingers go numb because I have carpal tunnel.
