Then they could've seen it wrong? As I said earlier, and as Rosebug confirmed just now..there's NO ticket reservation system at the Princess Pavillion.
There was no reservation system last week and there aren't any plans to bring it back at this moment.
The last time that the reservation system was used, was during the Christmas Season.

Is there a reservation system in place now or is it a case of turn up and queue? When you get there, are you told where to go or is there a few characters that you can choose from?

I was there this morning and can confirm it is a ticket system. Queued from 8-10:30. They didn't hand out tickets until 10:30 then got on the first one at 10:45-11:15.

this week is French school holidays so the ticket system will be in place this week and next week I'd assume.

After that its back to low season until Christmas week, so there is unlikely to be a ticket system in place.

There are 2 princesses at a time inside the pavilion, you don't usually get a choice of which one (and only one) you get to see when you reach the head of the queue.

there's new ticket machines for the pavilion but they're not in use yet. I read that they won't be used until Nov.
