Hiya,

I am planning to book a meal in aubege's with the princesses for me, my partner and our daughter (6) and son (1).

Looking at the menu though theres nothing I like so will they let me sit there without ordering a meal?

Thanks for your help...xx

I don't think they would tbh. As the cost of the meal includes the cost of the character interaction I can't see them letting you go in for free without eating.

You may be lucky if it's a quiet day though. Can't harm to ask!

Would you not eat anything off of the children's menu? I've heard of people having the chldren's meal (at adult price!) with no issue.

I wouldn't have thought so either, but if you don't ask you don't get. Also your partner and children would probably need the same size table even if you weren't there so they wouldn't loose anything by letting you sit with them. When we have been in the past I haven't really enjoyed the starters but have had a really nice main and the desserts are to die for. The new menu of main courses does seem a little odd though! Perhaps you could ask in advance what the chefs special would be because you might like that.

I can really sympathise with this as would love to take my girls there in June but the menus are just bizarre. I woudnt mind paying the huge price if it was at least something we would eat but there doesn't seem to be any 'plain' options...so think we are going to have to give it a miss which is a real shame because the kids would've loved to meet the princesses :+(

Yes I feel exactly the same! I know my daughter probably won't eat anything either as she is a fussy eater but I can't order just 1 meal for our table!

So really I think I will end up paying about £170 for my DH to eat and my daughter to meet the princesses! Lol!!

xx
