Princess Grand Welcome! Added Princess ID & Fairy Godmother Letter on page 2

What font did you use for the fill in name. I am going to take the plunge and try personalizing it.

Happy travels,
Liza

For the princess proclamation I used a font called "dearest" and you can get it for free at www.dafont.com. It looks good with any fancy font...it doesn't necessarily have to match. There is a link directly to the font in Post #1.

If it isn't the proclamation that you are asking about, look in the post where I posted the letter, ID or proclamation that you are wanting to make and I posted each font with its respective DISign.

If you have problems trying to make this on your own send me a pm and I will be happy to help when I'm not traveling.

Ok - a little computer illiterate here. I've downloaded the Dearest font, copied the Proclamation into Word and inserted the names. I try to print and the original blank comes out - without the names I've just entered. What am I doing wrong?:confused3

Right click and go to edit then try. I was having the same trouble too.

I'm not sure...I haven't had that problem. I'm thinking maybe you are still editing your textbox when you go to print, and you may have left the textbox open. Try clicking once somewhere on the page other than where your textbox is so that your textbox is no longer in edit mode. Then hopefully your words will print with the proclamation. I'm proud of you for trying to learn this!!! Once you get it...the Boards are your oyster and you will be able to personalize so many things!

Thanks, Dolly.

I found it at i-love-disney with their fonts; along with a bunch of others. Now I want A Bug's life shirt just so I can use the font!

I have been trying to figure out what to do for a princess footprint...but I think a single glass slipper should be left on the floor as you enter the room. Just like when Cinderella left her glass slipper after the ball!

I have know idea where to find one locally, but try costume shops. You could also look at Walmart or Toys are Us and buy a child's costume shoe. Otherwise you can find them online. Amazon has a costume one for $29.99 or you can find a really nice one at at http://www.glassslipperusa.com/store/scripts/prodView.asp?idProduct=436 for $95.00 (if money is no concern) that you can have engraved. It is 8 x 4 inches.
