I am glad that you did was not in vain...sometimes it takes a minute for the surprise to sink in with little ones! I am sure she did the screaming and jumping thing when you got on that airplane and finally arrived at Disney! I tell you, I don't know whose more excited, my daughter or me! Hey Guys I am so sorry this is taking forever!!By the time I am finished up at home at night, I have to pour myself in the bed!! You won't believe the amount of homework a first grader gets!!!OMG! Last night it was a math worksheet, write 2 paragraphs of a story, flash cards and 4 spelling word sentences..oh and study..

Dinner in the castle seems like it must be so magical and looks like you all had a great time. I LOVE that they thumb wrestled at dinner!

The Castly dinner was so nice!! I am happy I did it, my daughter was so excited!!

Gabby looks so very beautiful in her princess dress. I'm glad that she didn't even realize that she wasn't in one of the princess dresses that Disney sells 'cause she looked every bit as pretty in her own dress. The food looks really good at CRT. We have never eaten there but I may have to rethink that.

You were very lucky to get to watch the parade from the castle forefront. I know you were initially disappointed in having to watch the fireworks from so close to the castle but it looks like it was a good view.

I just hate that people were pushing and shoving and harassing the castmember who was on rope drop duty. I have never understood why people act like a horse's butt like that.

I agree! I think she looks awesome and more unique!That was gonna be my speech if she said anything!HAHAHAHA
I think we had a good view, it is just when you plan something you want it to turn out exactly but we all know how that goes!!
It really made me sad for that girl they way they were acting but she was holding her own!!LOL

That is strange that you were stuck up in the castle. That's unique, anyway. I bet it was fun, in a weird way!

I love all the pictures of the castle in different colors. You really had some time on your hands while you waited! The pictures of the fireworks are beautiful though, so it seems like you had a great spot! I can NOT believe someone used you as a shelf! I hope you gave her a memorable look.

The parade looks beautiful! I have not seen that parade yet, and I am looking forward to it. I love the parades!

The hot dog in the dress IS funny isn't it!!LOL When my husband said she could not sit on the ground I was like I don't care, we got our money's worth from that dress!!LOL He thought I would be upset!! Gabby had great interaction with all the character that she met and it made me feel so greatful for them!!
Riding the rides at night was awesome!It was even better since Dumbo was a her favorite and to ride it and see the castle all lit up....breath taking!!!!

That's a very nice picture of you and your family! It's not often, you can get the whole family involved in taking trips together! Kudos for getting at least almost everyone involved. Everybody seems to be so excited about being at Disney! What was your most memorable experience, what was your least memorable experience?

I have been to BWI many times and since they have begun their expansion program, it has gotten bigger! Glad it was water Gabby spilled, it easily dried without the stickiness! Boys have a tendency to be a bit busy! However, all in all it looks like everyone was comfortable and having fun!

Yes, she more than made up for the jumping and screaming!! and seeing her face enjoy the trip was def. worth it!!

It's funny that your Dad's itinerary is always different from yours. Sometimes you almost feel obligated to follow his way of doing things...but fortunate for you, you mother spoke up! I know you were glad about that! Having a plan...seems to have it's advantages in such a park so big! That's exactly, why I too have planned my days and what I would like to accomplish. This way you are not running willy-nilly all over the place wearing yourself ragged!
