Just looking for anyone who has recently been to the Auberge De Cendrillon for the Princess meal. I booked it for our trip, but the lady on the reservation line said that it would just be one royal couple. I have seen from trip reports that there have often been 5 or 6 princesses available.

Is this lady correct?? Not sure if I would be bothered for just one princess (and god help us if it's not the favourite one!!!)

When we went, on Easter Sunday, there were two princesses (Belle and Cinderella) and one prince.

I suspect that there are no guarantees and it's probably best to prepare your little one(s) for the worst princess:

We went on the Wed after Easter weekend and there were 3 Royal couples- Ariel, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty all with Princes.

All the info advertises it as 'dine with a royal couple' so we had gone expecting only one couple so were pleasantly surprised although we only had one Princess officially visit our table (DD spoke to Ariel as she was leaving and so she stopped and talked to DD and signed autographs and allowed us to take photos)

I think it may depend on how many bookings they have.

We had told DD that it would be with one Princess and warned her that it may not be Belle her favourite but that Belle would have sent her friend to say hello if she couldnt come herself.

Hopefully it will still be worth it even if there is only one Princess.

i guess it may well be dependant on whether its peak season or not, as easter will have been the holidays still, it would have been a very busy time, therefore they will have probably had more princesses out. thats just my initial thought

We went last week, we had the two mice then Belle with Sleeping Beauty and Prince Philip, we booked for 3pm not a good time as all the characters disappeared to do the parade they did return but we had almost finished
I was a bit disappointed with it all.
I had promised the kids a Cinderella slipper when we first booked then they changed the menu which was not to our taste and way too expensive I didn’t want to disappoint them so took the plunge. In the end I thought it was worth the money just to see the Kids enjoy the slipper so much.
Trying to find time to put a trip report together, Hope I won't be too much longer.

This is something we are definitely planning to do next trip in Aug. The last 2 times we went there were no princesses to be seen in the park. (I wrote them about it, and they are sending my little girl an autographed picture from Cinderella.)
IN any case- when we go in Aug, we are not planning on staying on property, so we can save as much cash as possible buy getting our AP, and room.

How far in advance must we make reservations? Do we have to be in the park first? Can we do it over the phone before we leave? I am already so excited about our trip, and it is our third since March!

Are you talking about booking the Princess meal? You could phone and book in advance but we just booked it while we were in the park. You could call into City Hall or I just went to restaurant and booked for 2 days later and this was at Easter at a very busy time.

Well, I do not know how busy it is going to be in Mid-August. Maybe the heat will keep some crowds away, but I doubt it, unless it is another record breaker here in Central Europe.
:)
We were planning 2 or 3 days in the park, and this is something we simply can not miss. My daughter was thrilled by the picture of the slipper dessert- we hadn't even told her about meeting one of the Princesses yet. We are even getting my son worked up over getting his picture taken with the "Fine A$$ Princesses." :lmao: (We do what we can, right?)

If I can just make the reservations on day one for day two, that would be great- but if there is a chance we won't get in, I would want to call ahead by a few days.
Thanks all!

Hi, I just booked it on the morning for 3pm the same day, no problems at all,
you will enjoy it, mine are fussy eaters. My little girl loved the princesses but I was expecting to see them all, ask if you can have a table near the dance floor we were round the corner and the last on the table run so they left for the parade before they got to us, but did return as we were finishing , we got the all important photos. Don't forget to show your annual pass when you ask for the bill as you will get 10% discount.

We arrived Easter Saturday, went to City Hall during the afternoon, and booked for Easter Sunday with no problems. Easter was very, very busy, and many have commented it was busier than ever due to the start of the 15th Birthday Celebrations.

With this is mind I wouldn't expect you to have a problem, however, I think the Princess Meals were a new idea at the time, so many may not have been aware of their existence.

If the meal is that important to you then it might be best to call and book in advance, rather than risk disappointment.

can any of you please please tell me where abouts the restuarant is where you can eat with the princesses we have just booked for christmas, and this will be our sixth time!!!

my son is besotted with belle and my daughter adores cinderella, but i never knew about this ??? thought i knew all about the resort by now, but this is one i have missed,

could someone please enlighten me???
