I was at the Costco in Richmond Hill, Ontario, and managed to pick up a really nice Snow White costume for my daughter for $24.99
Quality was pretty good - quite a long dress, overlay of tulle, two layers under that. Included a really cute red hairband with bow, and a pair of white gloves.
They also had a Cinderella, and a Tinkerbelle costume at that location. Sizes were S, M, L. M was 7-8 (which is what I bought for my 6 year old daughter). Fits loose.
There may be more selection or a different selection at other stores. The sign at this store implied that they have Aurora and Belle as well, although I didn't see it.
I'm really happy with this purchase, since for $24.99 I get a Halloween costume for October, and a dress to wear on our Disney cruise in Dec!
I'm now thinking of whether I should pick up the Cinderella one too!

Oh, yes, if you have boys....they also had Superman costumes, and some Star Wars stuff (sorry, don't know pricing since I wasn't looking closely), but I expect those to be in the same ballpark as the Snow White dress that I bought.
