Princess Anna's Coronation Dress for Adults Sew???

Hi,
I want to sew Anna's coronation dress for a Halloween costume in adult size-- has anyone done this or have ideas of good patterns to use? Definitely need to use a pattern! Thanks in advance!

I was at Joann's Fabric last week and I saw patterns for Anna and Elsa. It was either Butterick or Simplicity.

They had a cardboard display near the registers.

I live in Canada and we don't have those patterns here yet.

I'll be at a Joanns in a couple of weeks and I hope they have some in stock.
