Princess 1/2 and Royal Family 5K Bib #'s...

Well I messed up my bib. I can't believe I did this. I kept searching for my bib number/waiver and it wasn't coming up so I went and searched for my registration and low and behold I spelled my last name wrong. I am a Gover instead of Glover. I can't believe I did this. I am assuming it's too late to do anything about this, right?

I guess I'll always remember being a Gover at my first half marathon, LOL.

I would call or email runDisney to let them know, just so there isn't a problem picking up your packet.

My number is 2120 with a 10k of 54:47 and a previous half of 2:03 just a month ago at Disney. They obviously did not give me the right number so I need to get my corral changed. I had a suggested finish time of 1:57. Last year I was in B with a slightly higher number and that was appropriate. This is annoying since the same thing happened at Chip and Dale last month.

Agree with ColleenG. Call runDisney to let them know. They can correct it for you as long as you call them more than a few days prior to the race.

You won't have any trouble getting into A with that time. Just print out your Disney result, take the proof of time to the booth that the expo and they'll get you straightened out.

A thought on bib numbers....at some point (I can"t remember the date) there was a cut off for having our name's on our bib. Perhaps numbers were assigned to those that would have name and other bibs w/out name were assigned numbers later, but still within a corral range. Just a thought...I have no idea when who signed up, but it is all good as we are all going to get to run/walk.

I'm 4087 (Kinda hoping for B as it means I'd jumped up a corral for each race- despite having almost the exact same est time/previous finish)

I registered for the WDW 1/2 after the 'name' cut off and still had a Corral C number and bib so that logic holds..

Thanks Joan....not trying to commit to the Corral Paranoia here, just thought I would do it since I had the time.

Does your Team have a name? I can add that too for the fun of it. ;-)

We are a mother/daughter team
Team Cool Runnings
as in the disney flick about the jamaican bobsled team. Finishing up our outfits now.

I'm 4587. Guessing that they have bumped all guys back to C instead of B. going to be a lot of traffic to navigate through. PR will be tough.

My bib # is 20744, as part of Team Pingulina.

I submitted a 10k time of 1:14, and estimated finish time of 2:40, but hope to get that changed at the expo as there have been no 10k's in my area and my training has been going extremely well as far as shaving time off.

5132. 10K time of 1:13. I'm running alone and would love to meet up with people in the corral!

I did not register until January and I do know my bib will not include my name...no problem with that. But if you have earned a low number and "A" corral you should receive it without having to go though hoops to prove it, especially when proof was less than a month ago at a Rundisney event. I am currently in South America and will be until two days prior to the race. The ability to download my race results is not something I can readily do. Hopefully they can look up my Chip and Dale results and change my corral. If you do not stop for photos and plan to "race" the course, corral is important. Just my two cents!;)

Julie,

I made an error with corral number, transposed while using laptop in South America...sorry for the extra work. 2021 is my number.
Thanks, Pam

I would bet that you are corral A anyhow. It's probably just later in the list because you registered in Jan.

There are banks of computers at the expo and printers, so you can download and print your race results at the expo and take it the window.

Btw, for anyone wanting to PR this race, there are a lot of people there to have fun and take pics and such, and with that and crowds, you might find it difficult.

Completely agree! I plan on stopping for a decent amount of photos, but not everyone runs for the photos and I hope that I don't impede anyone who is truly racing the course! I've trained hard for my run, but so have they! I don't want to stop anyone from doing their best.

I don't know if you're taking 5k numbers but I'm 642!

My mom valeriejp is 641 for the 5k and 10433 for the 1/2

I'm # 5816. This is my highest corral placement ever (used to being way back for the WDW Half!), so I'm very excited!

Big time lurker here but was hoping to help another team runner. My bib is 20773 and we are in Corral C!:cool1:
