Princess 1/2 and Royal Family 5K Bib #'s...

Where is everyone getting these bib #'s and start areas?
My daughter and her friend are running in the half marathon and they said they have not heard anything. Is there some place they should be checking?
The run web site says you pick up your package with this information at the expo.
This is our first time doing this ( I'm a spectator) and we are a little confused.
thanks for any information we receive!

Up to date.

Go to http://www.trackshack.com/disneysports/prin12w/verify.php to print out your waiver, you number is on the waiver form.

NOW this will be emailed to you, last year we got it Feb 10th AND they have the waivers available for printout at the expo if you forget yours.

At the expo, when you turn in your waiver, you will get your race bag. Last year it had the bib and timing chip......Corral is printed on your bib so you find out then which corral you start in. Bag also has your shirt, and very minimum race swag...what did we get a mini luna bar?

NO sweat! The Assignment of the bib numbers just means the race is approaching.

I also posted on the Princess site but here it is again....

Kappyfamily (Michele) - #5406

THanks Michele! Its getting eaiser for me to just track this here! Appreciate it. Looks like we will probably be in same corral! woot...of couse this is speculation on my part....I could be wrong.

Thank you Kristin!

On a side I wonder how many people will be in this race......just curious.

For anyone keeping track, my 5090 was from a submitted finish time of 2:35, based on a 2:44 PR.

Likely Corral C. I was in the 5400s last year and was C.

#3188 for me! This was just the excitement I needed to get me motivated again after a couple of disappointing long runs over the last couple of weeks.

How did I get bib 3892??? When I registered, I put 2:53 finish time. I ran my 10K in November and submitted a time of 1:14:45. A friend finished 2 SECONDS behind me in the same 10K and got bib 5167.

Who knows how they are grouping things? I submitted a 10k of 1:12 and with a projected time of 2:40 .....but I think there are just alot of people with this pace. Its all good, enjoy your bib #! :goodvibes

Does the bib number correspond to the corral number? My bib # is 20142, and my submitted race time was 1:58 for a half-marathon. Does that sound correct? Reading some earlier posts, it looks like the lower bib numbers correspond to the first corrals.

In the past the bib number has generally corresponded however some higher numbers were dispersed through the corrals - so its not a hard and fast rule. If you submitted a 1:58 finish time with a proof, you should be up in one of the first corrals....if you are at all worried, just take a copy of your submitted race time with you to the expo just in case. BUT you may be corral A with that number now, you won't know until you get your bib at the expo.

Thank you. I'll make sure to bring that along, just in case. My first Disney race - so excited!

If your number is 20something it just means you registered as a team, not that you are in the last corral. Teams are sort of the exception to the rule as we try to predict corrals.

Are you part of a team?

I think some said that 20000+ numbers were from teams, and were speculating that corral assignments might be relative, like 20001 = 1.

I did register as part of a team - my daughter was supposed to run with me, but backed out because of school commitments. I emailed rundisney, and they said I would just run as individual, even though I will still show up on the list as a team...just won't qualify for the team awards. That makes sense now - with the bib #.
