The Prince and Princess menu is just a themed menu in the dining rooms one night. There's no special Princess thing that night.

the first time they introduced the Beast with Belle onboard was during the Prince and Princess dinner. But otherwise I don't remember much happening on that night on other cruises.

We've only seen Belle and the Beast (and other dancers) on the long cruises. Not on our 7 night cruises.

I honestly don't remember which cruise that they brought Beast onboard. They gave out pins and commemorative stuff about it and made a big deal at each dinner serving on the one night.

Nothing interesting or exciting happens (unless it's your last animators palette night)and all of the dining rooms have the same menu. I would skip it for Remy but that's just me.
