Primo Piatto: What's Your Go-To Lunch/Dinner Item?

It seems like I hear many people say something to the extend of "Primo Piatto is arguably the best quick service on property", but I never hear them say what exact menu items are the best to order.

As someone who'll be staying at Riviera quite frequently on (at the very minimum) an annual basis over the foreseeable future, I'm curious to know what are some of the menu items that you all really enjoy?

I have a few stays under my belt thus far and admittedly haven't tried too much from Primo other than the Tuna Nicoise Salad and the Riviera Signature cookie lol, but I remember struggling to find something that sounded decent for dinner on the menu. I'm thinking the menu might just not be my cup of tea but would love to hear if there's anything awesome I might be missing out on. Thanks in advance!

We went for lunch 3 weeks ago and we got the beef Bolognese and the croque monsieur (a very cheesy grilled ham and cheese sandwich). Both were excellent, better than a lot of Disney TS restaurants. Highly recommend both. The Bolognese didn't look like a lot, but it was very filling. So was the sandwich. People next to use got cheeseburgers, which also looked fantastic. Enjoyed it so much we are going next week when we'll be back!

I love the pizza (flatbread style) and the grilled veggie pita.

I still miss the menu from when they first opened and had the steak dinner I actually enjoy walking over to the food court at Caribbean Beach for dinner.

I am not sure they have it but they had a really good italian sandwich last time! Agreed that the signature cookie is so good, I think I had to go to the coffee shop upstairs to get it, but I can't remember!

Definitely the best on property. Everything I have had there has been top notch. My most frequent go-to is the Grilled Veggie Pita. It is SO much food and the flavor is perfect. My carnivores love the Italian sandwich, the burgers, etc. Love, love, love it there.

My favorite is the Croque Monsieur with the side of Tomato Soup. I like to dip the sandwich in the soup.

But the meatball sub, Italian sandwich, flatbreads...seriously I've never had anything there that I wasn't impressed with.

Another vote for the flatbread pizza and we also enjoy the tiramisu.
