PrimeTime Shuttle - Need to Book in Advance?

I plan to use PrimeTime Shuttle's shared van service. Is it necessary to book ahead?

I think it is recommended that you prebook or you may have a long wait. Having said that, we prebooked with Super Shuttle and still had to wait over half an hour.

I believe if you pre-book on their website you get a discount... at least both times we did they were running web specials.

I prebooked with Super Shuttle as well and had to wait for over an hour as well and the booked van still didn't show up...we just got in one going to Anaheim. Wouldn't go with them again.
