i frankly did not find any great steals on amazon for their prime day. i don't want any of their branded electronics and nothing else seemed any better than regular sales prices.

that said-i did check out a few of the other retailers who are doing their own 'prime day' sales today and bit the bullet on an air fryer. target has one for $59.99 and i had a couple of $5 gift cards from the last time i bought paper products so it dropped it down below $50 w/free 2 day shipping which i'm willing to give it a shot at. i figure if i hate it at least i can return it to my local target vs. having to pack the thing back up to mail back to amazon (who was selling it for more as was bb&beyond even w/a good coupon).

anyone find any good deals through the 'prime days' sales?

Bought my daughter a Ninja Blender (fancier one) from Kohl's for her college apartment. It allowed me to stack 4 coupons and I got free shipping plus $25 Kohl's cash. Total cost was $111 (originally $199, on sale for $169, etc). Saved me about $30-40 over the next best sale on the same blender plus I got the Kohl's cash. She is very fitness-oriented and likes making healthy smoothies. It was still an unnecessary purchase, though :D

I also got an air fryer from Target. My T-Fal Actifry crapped out a few weeks ago. With the sale I was able to replace it for $100. I paid $180 on sale six years ago so a good deal. It’s something we used frequently and has been missed.

I also stocked up on face wash for myself and the tweens as well as eye cream and CC Cream. Bought dog treats, not on sale but as long as I was getting a shipment I threw them in. Saved me a trip to the store.

Bedding from Target- 30% off, plus the 5% red card discount. The cheap prices made it easier to buy the awful Jojo bedding my six year old has been asking and asking for. I can at least tell myself I didn't pay full price for a gigantic bow pillow! :crazy2:

I overbought...LOL....bought 6 quart instant for bday gift for mom in November; the 8 quart for me [i had dropped my last prime day 8 quart and the lid no longer seals..excited about the extra features]. Bought lara bars 16 for <$10 and greenies 20 mini for <$10 a protein powder i had wanted to try also $10...a projector for watching movies on a wall or outside...we had set an old one up this weekend and the quality was lacking so when i saw it i jumped....23 and me genetic testing for me ... I'm adopted and my teen daughters are always on me to find out if i have anything that 'runs' in my family...thought why not...so then i just had to walk away from the computer. ha ha.

oops just saw this was for other stores... i really wanted the kohls k15 keurig as ours just died this morning. it's only $35 but i am not a kohls cc holder.

I never find good deals on their prime days so i'm glad I'm not the only one that feels this way!
