Pride Weekend in San Francisco

This is Pride Weekend in San Francisco, and for the first time in 3 years, I'm going to be here rather than in WDW!

**** March and festival on Saturday, and then I'm marching in the parade with my school's contingent on Sunday. Woo! And hoo!

Have a great time! My kids have been going for years, and they always have a blast, but one has to work this weekend, and the other is in Costa Rica.

Have a great time! I've never gone to the pride events here in Pittsburgh. It usually falls the weekend after I get back from Gay Days at WDW and am normally trying to get caught back up in stuff here.

We went last year and had one of the best trips. Had way too much fun.

Yes. Stabbings two different years are what got Halloween in the Castro canceled, and now this. There was also a fight at a Pride party in the Castro the night before the parade that resulted in the police coming to break it up, and now both the police and the people whom the police were called on are blaming each other. Sad because gay events have always been the most peaceable until very recent years. To be fair North Beach is having a lot of trouble in their night clubs too. Can't we have anything nice here without the gangs taking it over?

That is the wonderful thing about Disney. That is private property so they can get you out of there if you are making trouble for their guests instead of enjoying the parks the way they were intended to be.
