I have booked a Cat. 9A for the PC, but had no screen to transfer an existing OBB, think I missed something. I'm on hold now to see if a CM can help out. aaagh.
BTW, pricing is
Cat. 09A 2A ($2889 each) $368.63 T&F, no ins/no xfer Total $6146.36

I would expect to reduce that by 10% on the fares, or $577.80. Don't know how that will affect the taxes/fees

I went in via the Castaway Club membership option. There it lists your reservations past and upcoming. Click on your upcoming reservation and there is an option to modify that. From there click on the "Change Itinerary" near the cruise title at the top.

If you go in through the Castaway Club area, you get a list of your upcoming cruises. Select your cruise, Click modify, then on the next screen, click "Change Itinerary" (top near cruise header). Have a look. Might be easier than waiting online.

just booked PC cruise with 1A 2C ages 14,10 at cruise in a 11C for $5,599.54 no transfers or ins. Started online at 8:00AM only took 6 min. BTW, early seating for dinner is closed. But I'm still doing the happy dance!

I booked a "normal" Western Carribean cruise today for the following:

February 5, 2011 1A 1K 5 category 10A (got a secret porthole room!) for $2129.47 (no insurance or transfers)

I did get a $25 onboard credit for online booking and the deposit was $500 total.
