Prices for WWoHP merchandise?

I was just looking on the Universal store website and I'm curious:
Are the prices on the Universal store site the same as the prices at the actual section of the park? Or are they less since they are online? I'm working on a total of how much I need to bring to buy what I want, and I have found a few of the items on the store site (Wand prices, shirt prices, souvinier prices). There are also some things I can't find on the store site, that I was hoping I could get prices for before going on the trip:

Bertie Botts Beans in a Circus Top Box
A Cauldron Cake
A bottle of Pumpkin Juice
Butterbeer in a souvinier mug
Chocolate Frog
Butterbeer refill price
Sugar Quills
Honeydukes chocolate

They are all about the same in park as they are online. The difference for you might be sales tax. I know that I try to buy a few things I can before I leave because it saves me on the tax when I get there. That also depends on the state you live in. Other than that, the prices are pretty much the same.

There are peppermint toads, strongmints, fudge flies, candy floss(cotton candy), chocolate wands, chocolate cauldrons, skull pops, acid pops, and the list goes on and on. There is also a huge selection of gummies, hard candies, ect in prepackaged bags that have the Honeydukes logo on them. The bakery case also has a large selection of things such as fudge and pastries.

Oh gosh. My want list already goes over $200. If I see anything else I want at Honeydukes I'll go berzerk. I bet there is a lot of stuff there that I never picked up from the books.

I think I'm going to need to go pop in my Prisoner of Azkaban DVD and watch the Honeydukes tour that's offered as a Bonus Feature (I used to watch this over and over, and now I'm going to see the real Honeydukes!), since the narrarator shines some light on what they sell. It's just the pricing that worries me. I have a big sweet tooth.

Don't forget you can get a discount if you have an annual pass, preferred or premier. Also some shops take AAA for discounts also. If you have either - show it anywhere you make a purchase.

I read something about Pear Juice on the DIS Boards? I'm reading the Potter books right now (On book five) and haven't read anything about that, but I have seen the words Pumpkin Juice, Butterbeer, Chocolate Frogs, and Bertie Bott Beans in every book. I'm just curious to know what Pear Juice is? Does it come in a bottle like Pumpkin Juice? How's the taste? And if it does come in a bottle, I'd like to see a photo. And learn a price. It sounds interesting.

It's a British thing. Although traditionally pear cider is an alcoholic drink, what we Brits refer to as Perry. The drink sold at the WWoHP is more like pear juice which is also something I grew up with, it is like apple juice only made with pears.

Ok, so all the prices on there are recflecting the prices + tax. I see. That makes things easier, since most of the prices I gathered are from that site (Except candy prices). But ya know, I looked at it a few months ago and saw the regular prices of $29.95 for wands. Maybe the part of adding tax is new.

I'm still wondering, how much is the price of a Honeydukes chocolate bar? It was without a price when someone replied to OP's question.

After finding a list of all the HP candy Honeydukes sold in the books and movies, I then found blurbs on whether or not you could buy certain ones at the WWoHP. Some I have heard are there but aren't confirmed, so if anyone wants to add to the following list, be my guest!

Here are the ones available for purchase, and their descriptions:

Acid Pops (I'm guessing they are really sour lollipops as they've been known in the HP world to burn people who've eaten them)

Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans (Yes, they ARE every flavour)

Cauldron Cakes (Supposed to be a chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse filling, I've heard they can be very rich. Tried one on my visit and loved it so much that I had to make it last. Defintely a must for chocolate fans!

Chocoballs (Large, round, chocolates with a heavy filling of strawberry mousse and clotted cream, at least that's the way they are in the world of HP)

Chocolate Cauldrons (Don't confuse them with the cakes like I used to when first hearing about them! They're just hollow chocolate cauldrons with green marshmallow foam on top, and they're sold pre-packaged)

Chocolate Frogs (Do you really need a description?) Warning!: If you like chocolate, and are only planning on getting the frog because of that, spend your $10 on something else. The WWoHP chocolate frog I had was disgusting. My brother loved his, but then he likes a lot of things that I find disgusting. If you are a Potter Nut (Like me) on the other hand, it's kind of worth the $10 if you're in it for the box and card. If not, stay away.

Chocolate Skulls (They're white choclate skulls that look like, from the picture I saw, they'd be great for a Halloween or Day of the Dead party)

Chocolate Wands (Again, no description required, the name says it all)

Exploding bonbons (In the WWoHP they're supposed to be white chocolate bonbons with a sour filling)

Fizzing Whizbees (They are chocolate bees with a fruity flavoured fizzy in the center. I heard someone complain on another forum that there wasn't any fizzy, but they're their own judge. You'll have to try them yourself.)

Fudge Flies (They're made of fudge, what else can I say?)

Ice Mice (I have no idea what they taste like, but they are supposed to make your mouth really cold after eating them. Probably isn't that way at the WWoHP)

Pepper Imps (Peppermint candy)

Peppermint Toads (Peppermint versions of chocolate frogs, smaller, and they're toads)

Pumpkin fizz (Like Pumpkin juice, only more soda-esque, by the by, no idea if it's actually at Honeydukes, but it is at the WWoHP)

Pumpkin Juice (Pumpkin tasting juice)

Salt Water Taffy (It's actually not a HP sweet, just something sold at the shop)

Skeletal Sweets (Just look for the tiny skeleton)

Sugar Quill (Lollipops that look like the quills used at Hogwarts, probably flavoured like sugar)

Tooth-splintering strongmints (I guess peppermint flavored jawbreakers. No idea)

Treacle Fudge (A very sweet fudge)

Also sold are Honeydukes chocolate bars, Sherbet Lemons (Which come in Honeydukes jars) other assorted Honeydukes candy in jars, and perhaps Blood Pops as well (If they're not at the WWoHP, you can get them around Halloween, and they are strawberry flavored).

Again, if anyone has an addition to the list I'm welcome to it. Took me a while to put the list together so I hope it's accurate and that it helps a little.
