e any good luck with going that way for a weekly rental car ?

I've never tried it for a weekly rental, but I've gotten good rates for a couple of days. Usually I end up with Alamo or Avis, but last time I got Hertz (the others are onsite, but Hertz requires a bus ride). Find the absolute lowest rate that you can with codes, then chop off some $$ and give Priceline a try. After all, it can't hurt!
