Hi all. I went on Priceline to book our hotel for our trip to Disney. We were thinking of a resort, but we want three beds and don’t want to pay the cost for a suite. It is myself, my husband, and my two adult children who are going. Okay- now I’m rambling. I couldn’t believe how low is the cost of hotels near Disney. $200 for a two bedroom suite
Is this a scam or are the prices really that good in December?

TIA
Christina

i can't speak to your specific hotel or deal, but I've use priceline a bit and have never had their 'deal' not be everything they said it would be .... and have more pending for this summer in Europe ....

I prefer to make reservations directly with the hotel, even if it costs more. I just feel better with that. I’m sure you’ll be ok, but either way it sounds like you will be splitting the fee 3 ways so it won’t be that bad price wise.

Timeshare hotels in the Orlando area are plentiful. Too much supply, not enough demand. Be careful though, the quality fo them varies quite a bit. The Marriott’s, Sheraton’s, and Hilton Grand Vacation Clubs are decent. Westgates and others not so much. Not sure about Priceline but at least on Orbitz many of these are rentals by owner posted to the travel site.

Post a screenshot. You're missing something
Sheraton Vistana for $200ish - $250ish a night for a 2 bedroom is well within the realistic range, and a good price for a decent hotel right next to WDW. You can book it directly from Marriott for that price, and Priceline is probably owners renting it for cheaper than that.
