Priceless/Product code & Concession fee

I used the priceless code and ent. coupon for my national minivan ressie. When I added a product rate code to it the overall total went down $12, however, there is now a concession fee. The priceless code is suppossed to eliminate this fee. How can I get rid of this fee and still keep my discounted rate or decrease it even more by eliminating it?

There are times that the product rate code overrides contract ID's. The web site basically isn't letting you have it...... Try another contract id to see if that works, such as Carlson Wagonlit 5760339

Also try clearing out your cache and starting over - just in case there is some carryover.

I will try the Carlson Code to see what that gives me.
I did try clearing the cache but it was the same result.

It doesn't work with the Carlson Code. The only discounts it lists is the product code and the ent. coupon.

priceless discount is usually 10%, thus on 219, your discount should be 21.90

maybe the product rate code is kicking in the different discount and overriding the contract id as someone suggested

in the end ......it is the final price you are concerned with, so even if the concession fee is added, you said the rate was 12$ lower than with priceless/entertainment

My Priceless discount was 8% vs 10% using the Entertainment coupon and the WWEB. Yes it's still cheaper using the WWEB but I'd sure like to eliminate the $30+ concession fee also.

The priceless code gives you a different product rate code, one that eliminates the concession fee. When you change the product rate code it bumps the concession fee waiver right out. There is no way to have it all.
But, it sure would be nice.
