Priceless contract code for National?

Hi,

I noticed that someone posted that they used Priceless vacation contract code for their national rental. Is this contract code available for everyone or does it require a specific affiliation? It lowered my rate from $168.08 to $154.00 and I would like to use it but not if I don't qualify.
