All I can answer about that is that wireless/Internet access is part of the "Resort Fee" which includes parking as well as "resort amenities." That is $12 per night plus 15% tax. I don't know if they find other ways to charge you once you plug in your laptop, but supposedly the access is covered in the Resort fee and tax.

We have stayed at the GCH many times and have never had to pay for internet in our room, however like the prior poster said they do charge a nightly resort fee of $12.00 so I am sure that covers a part of that as well.

Well, you have stumped me there. This is a question for Yellow Mickey Ponchos, who has stayed at GCH with DVC points, I believe, and probably know what they do at GCH as far as Internet/wireless charges for DVC guests. Hopefully, Nancy (YMP) will catch this thread soon and be able to answer you!!

This "resort fee" also covers your parking Unless you chose to do valet.

It might be a good idea to revise the title to include the DVC so that someone with DVC experience could chime in on this one. I know it's included in the resort fee, but if you're not paying the fee I'm not sure if it's covered in your DVC fees.....

We stayed at the GC on our DVC points, used our computer for the internet, and had no additional charges on our account. Our stay was in July of this year.

I've stayed at PP and GCH on DVC points this year, the resort fee is included at no charge for points stays.

We just got back from The Disneyland Hotel and the internet was free, well included as part of the daily resort fee, however, it was not wireless, it was a broadband/ethernet connection.

I had the same experience at PPH.

But since they do have wireless in their public areas, waves were floating through, and even though we were on the 11th floor (or something like that) I got wireless through that network. It was very cool b/c the cord they had was rather short.
