Price Negotiation with DVC?

Greetings all. Looking at a small add-on at AKV (our current home) direct through DVC. Wondering if anyone has ever had luck negotiating the price per point or if the DVC pricing is "take it leave it" - I assume that's the case but you never know.

Thanks, that's what I assumed, but would just hate to be the only guy in the world who paid list price! (story of my life)

you can negotiate on resales (although there is still some risk of ROFR), but yeah, just not directly with DVC.

Disney will offer incentives to reduce the price from the "STICKER" price, but the bottom line is the bottom line, there is no negotiations below that Bottom Price.
On the resale market you can present an offer to see if the seller is negotiable and your sales agent will guide you to help avoid Disney buying back the package. ROFR only happens if the price is too low and you agent will know if your offer is too low. A good agent will advise you properly.
