Price differences?

Hi I was just wondering if anyone knew if the vacation packages on line (disney.com) prices were different than calling them directly?

I called and then checked online for the exact same vacation and got two different prices!

Also does anyone know if I book my vacation on line, if I could make changes to it over the phone. I just want to make sure if prices go down, I could call in.

Sometimes Disney.com has online deals- maybe that accounts for the price difference.
