Previous Neck Surgery ???

I've been told if anyone can help me it's the great people on this board. My mom has had neck surgery in the past and has plates & screws in her neck. She can't do rides with drops or fast turns, etc. We've never been to Disney before, so I have no idea. Can anyone advise me as to things she can do while we are there? Obviously the shows and stuff I know, but any rides. She's really going to experience it with her DGD, but I'm hoping she can have some fun, too. TIA
