Preview The Hall of Presidents on June 28

Disney Vacation Club Members may enjoy a sneak preview of the latest re-imagination of The Hall of Presidents attraction at the Magic Kingdom® Park on June 28 from 11 a.m.-9 p.m.

In refreshing this classic Walt Disney World® attraction, slated to re-open officially on Independence Day weekend, Walt Disney Imagineers "elected" to re-write the storyline, expand the role of Abraham Lincoln, give George Washington his first speaking role and, of course, add a new President.

Based on a sculpture by Imagineer Valerie Edwards (who succeeds Disney Legend Blaine Gibson in the role), the Audio-Animatronics® representation of President Barack Obama addresses the audience and shows off new advancements in motion and facial expression that helped Imagineers capture the essence of the new Commander in Chief.

No advance reservations are necessary for the sneak preview event. Simply present your Disney Vacation Club Member Card and a photo ID at the attraction entrance during the preview hours. Each Member may accompany as many as three Guests at the event.

Think quick....stow away on a plane.....UPS won't air freight anything over 150 lbs.....Fedex has climate controlled..

They often have non-advertised soft openings, you may still get a preview before it officially opens.

HOP has been closed the last 2x we were at Disney, we thought that we would miss it again (#3). Now to mark that on my planning schedule!!
