Pressing Cloth?

I bought some fabric paint to decorate t-shirts with and in the instructions it says to iron using a pressing cloth. I asked the lady at Michaels, but she didn't have a clue what this is!

Is there something I can use at home as a pressing cloth? From what I've gathered on the internet it's pretty much just a cloth of linen or fabric.

Any ideas you guys have would be great!

I use an old pillowcase for a pressing cloth.
