My boys loved pressing pennies when we went last fall. We got their pennies pressed with their favorite rides, and also favorite characters, and they loved them!
Unfortunately DH stored them with a camera battery for the trip home ~ Big mistake! They were blacked and some of the images eaten away.![]()
Oh, a good tip for storing your quarters and pennies: Get a tube of the Mini M&Ms. Empty it out and fill it with the coins in sequence (2 quarters, a penny, 2 quarters, a penny, etc.) They'll be easy to carry and use! (Note that you may want to store them in a clear ziploc-type bag for the trip through airport security, though.)
