Going Feb 16-18 to U & IOA and staying at Hard Rock. Curious as to what crowds I can expect. Also went Thanksgiving Weekend in 96 and the crowds really weren't as bad as what they say disney is like at that time. Longest wait was for T23D and it really had just opened up that year.
