Presale code for Disney On Ice

Does anyone know how to get or find out the Disney On Ice Internet-only presale codes? I'd like to buy tickets for the Princess show in Richmond, VA in October before they go onsale to the general public, but I'm not sure how to get the presale code.

Can anyone clue me in?
