So back in August I prepurchased 1 annual pass. Then in September I purchased a second. I can't find the confirmation number for either purchase
I guess I wasn't signed in when I purchased them because I can't find in my account history. I have the dates on my credit card statement (and therefore I know the credit card I used). I had selected will call as the option for picking them up.
Basically, I am wondering if I swipe the credit card in the kiosk if it will automatically find the order or if I must have the confirmation numbers?
Is my best bet to head to guest services?
Or try calling the customer service number?
I start on the road tomorrow so of course now I'm all nervous that I won't have all the info I need!
