Prepping a 2 year old??

No prep with any of my 5 kids at that age on any of our vacations (inc. the many not listed in my signature). If this is your first trip with a child, it will be more of prep'n yourself for change as your 30+ visits were w/o a child (of your own).

No kidding. This trip will be very very different, but I've gone through the rides and what he can/can't ride and what I think he would melt down on and I am pretty prepared I think. Sometimes things just don't go as planned and I've gotten so much better with that concept since having a kid ;) I'm really just excited to see his reactions! (good and bad)

You have a beautiful family :flower: Nice trip report!!

We took youngest DS to Disney World when he was just about to turn 2 (he turned 2 the weekend after we returned from the trip). He wasn't a sturdy walker yet due to some developmental delays, but he enjoyed the times he spent out of his stroller the best. The small play areas, the trains in Epcot Germany, the Nemo ride, and watching the animals at AK.

To prepare him for the trip: we bought him a bunch of shirts with his favorite Disney characters on them, and watched way more Disney TV shows and DVDs than usual. That's it :)
