prepay photopass

if I prepay the $99.00 for the photo pass does this include the photo pass cd that you can pick up at the photo center at MK. Last time we were there I went to the photo center and had them put all out groups pictures onto one cd I want to be able to do this this trip but the $99.00 is a good deal. or does this $99. deal only get the pictures on a web site and we print what we want from there?

The $99 (plus shipping) if for the CD and a release so you can make as many copies as you want.
