Premium Magic Band Options?

Hi Everyone! We are getting ready to book our Disney trip for later this year. I was curious if anyone who booked recently/in process knows what the premium magic band offer is right now? I know they change, but this is a relatively new thing since my last trip so I also wondered how often they change the options.
