Premium Dining Plan

I know that DVC members can get the basic or deluxe dining plan during DVC stays--can we also get the Premium Plan (which includes tours, La Nouba and certain recreational activities in addition to the DxDDP)? If so, does anyone know how much its costs per day?

Only the Standard plan, Deluxe Plan and Wine add-on are currently available to DVC.
