I know that you can't completely do financing on a premier pass, but in the past you could get the Signature+ pass on monthly payments and then pay the difference between that and the premier pass to upgrade while keeping the original amount you financed on the monthly payments. Is this still allowed?

Yes, I know my premier pass would have the same expiration date as my original pass, that won't actually be an issue in our case.

I thought we were told when we got our deluxe AP's that if we were to upgrade to a different pass level we would have to pay the entire balance in full to do so. I would imagine it would be the same with the Signature+ to premiere.

That is strange, because that isn't how it used to be, so I was hoping someone had done this recently and had a definitive answer.

That was the case when I upgraded back in October. I bought my current pass in June on a 13 month renewal to Sig Plus with the payment plan. Then in October when I upgraded I owed the $60 renewal discount, the difference between the Sig Plus and premier, plus Florida sales tax on half the price of the premier pass at the time of upgrade. My monthly payments did not change.

This is how it was when I upgraded to the Premier Pass too. Not sure if it is currently still like that. Hopefully someone chimes in that has done it recently.

Friends who did this recently were allowed to continue their monthly payments, just paid the difference between passes.

Is the amount prorated for the upgrade or entire difference regardless of how much longer pass is good?
