Premier annual pass renewal fee?

There is no discount on renewals of the Premier AP. So, unless Disney raises the price, renewal will cost the same as you paid earlier this year. --Suzanne

And unless they've changed something in the last couple of months, you can not renew the Premier on-line - I had to do it in person at Disneyland. Though I think you can call the AP number and so you might be able to do it over the phone.

How about the deluxe...we are using our AP's right near the end of their annual dates...is it cheaper to renew online before they expire?

I've never seen a renewal discount that has made me renew without a gap. Seems lately it's been around $10-$20, and not on all AP. I just got a new AP and let mine lapse about 2 months.

Many times you will get an offer of $20 off your renewal for the Deluxe & Premium APs. I know when we had them we got the $20 off offer each time. You should get an email with this offer if they are still doing it. Our emails were for $20 off and we could renew up to 1 month before our current APs expired but not after. We didn't use the offer either time, the first time we had APs we let them expire because DBF's parents gave us vouchers for APs for the following year, that year when they expired we could not afford to renew them so we let them go.

I renewed mine at the park on October 27 and was given the $ 20 off. That was in the AP center in Greetings. The year before we went in October in the Plaza Inn Center and it was offered right away too.

I have a Premier and hate it. I get tons of grief from CM's who don't know what it is. I am going back to a Premium in February. I am not sure it is worth the money or the hype.
Disneyland needs to get their act together with this pass. I have had super snotty CM's pester us about it in the Mickey and Friends parking lot. I haven't had many problems at WDW though.
I hope if I ever get it again, they will be more organized.

We have the Premier and love the flexibility to gives us, so we stopped by DL on our way to WDW earlier this month and got to see CP 2 nights in a row on different coasts! We don't park at DL, so haven't had that problem.

Our only issue was wanting to enter Epcot by the IG on our arrival night, which is not a location that can upgrade a DL AP to the Premier. Hence, we stopped by DL so we would have a ticket to get into WDW. We still needed to visit GR at WDW to have them activiate the Premier before we could enter.

We expect to visit the parks about 32 days this year with the ticket, so that works out to about $23 per day. -- Suzanne
