First I will introduce myself, I'm Mandy and I was 19 and 20 weeks pregnant the week of our trip. I traveled to Disney World with my 4 year old daughter, Ally, and my parents on Tues, May 4th. My husband, Andy, arrived Friday night and my parents left Sunday so they had one day of overlap on their travels. Andy, Ally and I stayed until Tues, May 11.

Tues, May 4
Flight arrived around 2:30pm
Took Magical Express Service to Fort Wilderness to Check In
No wait to check in and my request for a quiet room had been honored so we were happy. Also had adjoining room with my parents.
Dropped bags we had in the room and went to dinner at Roaring Fork Cafe in the hotel. Food was good.
Went back to room to get our things to head to a park and luggage happened to be dropped off while we were there.
Took boat to Magic Kingdom. Impressed to find that boat dock was right in front of the entrance to MK.
Rode Dumbo first thing with Ally as she had been talking about it most - there was a 15-20 min wait
Carousel - no wait
My mom and Ally went on the Teacups - no wait
Ice cream snack
Small World - no wait
Back to hotel for good nights rest (Ally had not taken a nap that day so we didn’t want to push it and wanted to be up for park opening the next day)

This is a pic of Ally from that first day:
