Preferred rooms at All Sports?

Does anybody know which building is the preferred?

From what I understand it is the surf's up building. I've also heard part of the touchdown building are also. Good Luck in your planning, we'll be at Sports in June in a preferred room also!!

I understand Preferred rooms are closer to the pool and other areas, Are standard rooms better in that matter? Not too close to pool and recreation parts of the resort.
