I checked the Schedules and also for the Streaming they will do at d23.com or on Youtube claimed to started 8:45 a.m. ET. But on the Homepage they scheduled the seemed things they showcasing on the Stream 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Since they don´t have a Parks Panel itself since they will have a Walt Disney Studios Showcase that only Attendance will see and hopefully some of them will be able to film it and put it on YT later on of course without footage they will see but for us to hear and see what is will coming.
But I figured out there will be pretty sure possible mini Parks Panels under: DISNEY Around the Globe: JAPAN (Tokio DL+Disney Sea)
2:25 p.m.-2:30 p.m. Attendance Only
But on SATURDAY, August 30th instead a DISNEY Around the Globe: INDIA, at 11:30-11:35 a.m. ET, streamed 5 minutes
It seems DISNEY WILL possible build a Disneyland somewhere in India (Manesar Gurgaon) . They are in talks with Government President of Ministry, there and since it is a Panel at D23 it POSSIBLE could mean they will finally reveal that amazing NEWS on Streaming (probably figured out a Deal) the Problem only is those will be short ones just 5 minutes but exciting ones if this will happen on Saturday August 30th.
SUNDAY, AUGUST 31st
The DISNEY around the Globe: CHINA will be streamed on Sunday August 31st 2:45 p.m.-2:50 p.m. ET (20:45-20:50 EUT) possible about the two Spiderman Attractions more info about them for Hong Kong and Shanghai. streamed 5 minutes
Beyond The Spires : A Inside Look of Disney Castles could have some information news as well it will be a 30 minutes long Panel about all the Castles and maybe more? 2:50 p.m.-3:20 p.m. ET. (20:50-21:20 European Time) streamed
Disney Villains: Icons of Evil could include some Parks Info about Villains Land but also only for Attendance it seems 9:05 a.m. Sun, Aug 31st.

SUN, Aug 31st 3:20 p.m. live for Attendance only (Disneyland Paris Frozen/Rapunzel/Lion King???) but not showcased on stream.
