First of all, my DW and I were orginially planning our next WDW vacation to be in May 09. We haven't gone this year (well technically I went in Apr 08 for my job, but that doesn't count) and are were having withdrawals. We had done some research and found some great airfare prices with Airtran for direct flights from Portland, Me to Orlando and back. We have always wanted to try a direct from Portland, Me and the prices were great, so we went for it. We booked the flight, then went and booked 11/28/2008 to 12/06/2008 at Pop Century. :hippie: I spent the last couple of days calling WDW-Dine and finally got the ADR's that we wanted and I have put together a plan of action. We are still on the fence about MVMCP though. We did it for a first time last Dec and enjoyed it and now that we've done it, we would prbably enjoy it even more this time. Anyway, so here is our plan of action so far. It is just my DW and I and we did not get the park hopper option.

Fri 11/28: Scheduled arrival at Orlando is after 5pm. We are just going to get settled at the resort and hang out there.

Sat 11/29: We will be visiting EP. WE have an ADR for the Akershus Breakfast @ 8:35am. Our plan is to take in what rides we can but spend the majority of the day at the World etc.

Sun 11/30: We will be visting AK. We have an ADR for the Tusker House Breakfast at 10:20am. Our plan is to get to the park at open so that we can get in the Safari before breakfast. After than, we are looking to take in the shows and again, ride what we can.

Mon 12/01: We are going to MK today. We have am ADR at Crystal palace at 8:05am. If you noticed the trend in ADR breakfasts, that's because that really the only TS meals my DW can eat because it's more simple foods, plus we enjoy the characters. MK also has PM EMH today and we want to be sure to get in Spectromagic that day. We will be spending the day at MK maybe taking a midday break depending on how we feel.

Tues 12/02: We are off to Epcot for AM EMH. Here we will be doing the big rides, ie Soarin, test track etc at open. :thumbsup2 Here's where we are on the fence. As we already spent a day at EP previous to explore the world etc, we are thinking of leaving EP at around 3pm and taking the monorail to MK for MVMCP. But we are not 100% either way yet. We did MVMCP last year on a Tues and it was packed. It left us a little bummed out, but we found out that that night was the DVC and AP discount night. :scared1: But this time around it isn't so it should be MUCH better.

Wed 12/03: We will be doing DHS today. Yeah, DHS is a one day park for us. All I have to say is if it wasn't for Fantasmic and the Osbourne lights, we would be pressed for things to do until about 4pm or 5pm.

Thurs 12/04: Off to MK for AM EMH. Got to get in the Fantasyland stuff with little wait, love it. ;) Just going to spend a leisurely day at MK. And again, here's the dilemma, to do or not to do MVMCP that night.:confused3 Yeah it would be 7am - Mid, but we've done it plenty of times before and we had a blast when we did it last Dec on Thursday with AM EMH. We were tired at the end, but we can sleep when we get home right.:rotfl: And yes, we did MVMCP twice last year and are thinking of doing it again twice this year. It's easier to get in everything over two nights.

Fri 12/05: One more trip to AK to get in what we missed the first time and to ride EE until we get sick.

12/06: Time to go home.:sad1:

Well, this is my 1st pre-trip plan that I have posted on the Dis. Well, let me know what you think. Is it too much, or should we go for it all!!:yay:
