OK so I thought I had better to a pre trip report seeing as how I get so much enjoyment from everybody else's.
Lets start with the cast list
Me (Lou 29) - Organiser, planner, designated driver if we go anywhere that serves a nice cold bud!!
DH (Andy 30) - As long as he gets a beer at the end of the day hes happy
DD (Meg 6 turning 7 when there) - Obsessed with HSM, loves all rides, the bigger and faster the better
After going to WDW every year for the past 3 years DH "told" me that he wanted to give it a rest this year and do something else. Well I was not going to put up with this now was I. My plan was that as I am turning the BIG 30 in October we would spend 2 weeks in the world and have 2 weeks away during the summer holidays (that way we are both happy).
Then one sunny April day DH says that he misses going to Walmart
and that maybe we should to WDW afterall. Not needed any more pushing the very next day I was on the internet getting prices etc. A few days later everything was booked.
You guys pretty much know the rest of the story as I have changed the trip so many times but here is the run down 16 nights at OKW (free upgrade from ASmo and free dining)
24 Aug - Depart LGW Arrive OKW
25 Aug - Universal or IOA
26 Aug - Universal or IOA
27 Aug - Epcot & Chef de France
28 Aug - MK, CRT for bfast, BBB & P&PP (DD Bday - she does not know about any of this)
29 Aug - Lie in and a waterpark
30 Aug - Animal & Yachtsman Steakhouse
31 Aug - MGM & Brown Derby
1 Sep - Shopping & California Grill
2 Sep - Epcot & Spoodles
3 Sep - Waterpark
4 Sep - Universal or IOA and BOMA
5 Sep - MK & Chef Mickeys
6 Sep - MGM & Wispering Canyon
7 Sep - Animal / Water park
8 Sep - MK
9 Sep - 2 parks and fly home
Well thats it. Everything is organised and packed. I just cannot wait for Friday morning to arrive
My intention is to do some kind of trip report (but Andy is the funny one of the family so hopefully I can convince him to write one up so at least I wont end up borning most of you).
