Pre purchased tickets. What happens if....

hi there everyone. We are visiting WDW again in February/March staying at CS and AKL. I was just about to purchase 14 day Ultimate Ticket and I suddenly thought what would happen if I was for any reason unable to travel. Unlikely as flights etc are all booked. Would I be able to get a refund for the tickets?

You can hold the tickets for use on a future trip.

(Although "officially," purchased tickets are non-refundable, there are cases when
Disney has been known to refund for guests who had issues with not being able to
go when planned.)
