Pre-paying HRH room

Is there anyway to prepay your room only before your stay? I booked online through Loews website. If not, is there any type of gift cards or certificates that I could be buying to apply when we check-in?

yes, you can prepay your hotel cost.

i have paid half of mine once before in advance.
be sure to take your cc statement with for proof
sometimes when you pay with a cc, it never gets charged. this way if you have prepaid, it will be all the proof they need for when you check out and you are clearing the bill statement.

I prepayed last year at RPR and plan on doing the same this year. I like to have as much as possible prepaid that way the cash I have is for food and spending. The accounting number I was given to prepay is 888-716-9738.

Also check your cc for a month or 2 after you get home. I had a problem where I pre-paid but accounting never transferred the money, so the charged my CC again.

It took a few phone calls to straighten it out, quite the hassle.

I did this with our upcoming stay at RPH. When I booked our room I asked the person making my reservations if I could pay off the whole stay and she sent me some paper work to fill out with some information and also my ID, the room total was charged to my CC five days after I sent in the paperwork, in fact one of the representatives from the hotel called me to let me know that they recieved my information and would be charging my CC, so it is nice to know that that part of the trip is paid for. Now if only this mess with NWA gets straighten out, due to fly out next Tuesday, sure hope we can.
