Pre-order for large party at BOG?

Hello, I have a reservation for a party of 8 at BOG for lunch, but we have a total of 4 families with their own dining plan. Should I go ahead and pre-order our meal all together online or wait until we get there? I don't want to mess things up. We've always ordered ahead of time, but it was just my DH and I. I tried to call WDW a few times this past week to ask this question, but the wait times were over an hour.

They don't split checks for pre-orders (there's a disclaimer when you begin the pre-order process), so it would use credits from one room only. Best to just go and wait in the regular line to all be able to order separately.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to pre-order like that. For Be Our Guest every group/room has to have their own reservation to pre-order. What you can try to do is get a reservation around the same time for one or two people of each group, which will allow that entire group to pre-order under their own dining plan.

We checked in together, but ordered separately. It worked out great! The line was a little longer than if we were able to pre-order, but worth it.
