Pre-cruise Concierge Palo reservations

I read here that with concierge service you should be able to make Palo and other reservations before you depart. We leave in two weeks and have received our docs, but nothing about conciege reservations. How do I get this done??

Yes, you can make your Palo reservations (dinner, brunch and/or High tea). These are the only reservations you can make prior to boarding if you have Concierge service. For all others (spa, etc.), you need to board, then go to Concierge meet. Here is Debbie's direct number: 407-566-7411. BTW, she is going on vacation next week. HTH

Thanks. Interesting thing is I called disney cruise line just a moment ago, and they insisted that this couldn;t be done.
