Pre Black Friday deals at Disney Store but website doesn't work for me...

The disneystore website hasn't been working for since the family and friends event. I missed it because of it not functioning properly but wasn't too upset bc I love cyber monday at disneystore. However, since then I have tried to place orders with my $20 off $40 coupon code from the Brave preorder and had to place my order over the phone. Then today I wanted to place an order with the pre black friday deals but kept getting an error message that something went wrong so again I had to call. I deleted cookies like the customer rep said and even used moxzilla but still doesn't work. Is this happeneing to anyone else?

They told me to use Google Chrome once, and it seems to help. I have a MacBook, and they said Safari does not work all the time on TDS.com.
